Dear Anthony, I am going to miss you very much, from your mile-wide smile, your bright shirts, and wonderful sense of humour and adventure. We still had so much fun to have. You have left behind so many people who loved and cared for you. Luke and Max of course, Claire who loved you dearly, and Paul and your dad, plus me and everyone else in your family.
